Program & Registration Details

Program

The program has been finalized and it has the following structure. Each lectern presentation should take 18 minutes followed by 5 minutes of questions/answers (23 minutes total). Each Poster should have a 36-inches height and a 48-inch width. We will provide the easels and the boards/clips. The posters should printed on standard non-laminated/non-glossy papers in order to be held on the boards.

Presenters must coordinate with the conference organizers and the session chairs in order to provide a soft-copy of their presentations/posters before the start of each session. This can be done through sending an email with the presentation/posters attached to the session chairs or the conference organizers ahead of the conference for additional flexibility.

Download a PDF or Excel complete version of the program.

Additional information regarding the conference “app” and the wireless access among other details may be found in the conference welcome package.

After June 19, students may apply the registration code “STUDENT100” to receive a 100 USD discount from the standard 650 USD registration rate.

Finally, if you plan to bring a guest to the social event, please register the guest and apply the discount code “PLUSONE” by June 19. This will bring the registration cost to 135 USD to cover the social event costs.

Conference abstracts’ presenters must register by May 29 to guarantee their abstracts’ inclusion in the TGF 2017 Program. The organizing committee encourages the registration of one presenter per abstract to avoid any conflicts in presentation timing.

For VISA letters, please do not hesitate contacting us early on at tgf17@gwu.edu and answering the VISA letter requirement question through the registration portal. The organizing committee has already started issuing such letters for added convenience.

Looking forwards to seeing you in July!
